What personal data we collect and why we collect it
- Contact form
We request the following personal information: name and email address. For instance, we can use these data to respond to your requests, questions, complaints, comments or concerns you may have regarding the information included on the website, the services we provide through it, the processing of your personal data, questions concerning the legal texts included in the website, as well as any other queries you may have and that are not subject to contractual conditions.
Contact forms
We use GravityForms (plugin) to capture data when users fill out the contact form on our website. The data we collect contains name, email, message request as well as IP adresses. This data is not used for marketing purposes, and is solely used as a means to communicate with users visiting our website. The data is stored until the end of the project.
Cookies
Cookies are handled through the CookieBot plugin, which shows up as a Cookie Consent banner the first time you visit plastics2olefins.eu. Your cookie preferences can be changed by using the CookieBot icon in the bottom-right corner on our website.
Analytics
Plastics2Olefins use Google Analytics to collect information about how the site is being used. This includes data such as browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.

If you leave a comment or question in the contact form, the comment and its metadata are retained for the duration of the Plastics2Olefins project and five years after its completion. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We will not use any of this information without your consent.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Data sent to Plastics2Olefins through the website plastics2olefins.eu resides at the operating supplier’s server. Two-factor authentication is enabled on the entire platform.
Where your data is sent
Servebolt is the operating supplier for Plastics2Olefins. Information collected in connection with the operation of a website, submission from contact forms and newsletters is stored on separate servers operated by the provider. Smart Innovation Norway, The Pitch AS and Servebolt have access to the information collected. Servebolt, as data processor, will process personal data on behalf of our customers in connection with providing our services to our customers.
